- Marketing and Visibility
•preparation of communication and visibility reports: For most donor reports visibility and communication report is essential, sometimes mandatory. I am aware of how to prepare communication and visibility reports which include high-quality pictures with captions and informed consent, human interest stories, testimonies, and proof of the visibility materials that have been done according to the donor’s visibility guide.
•Planning and execution of marketing and visibility budgets. I am well experienced with managing communications department budgets and visibility lines in different projects.
•Training and advising staff on donor rules and regulations on branding and marketing: I am a certified communications and media engagement core trainer and coach (CTC). I with my peers developed a communications and media engagement trainer’s module for Plan International under the women’s Voice leadership project. I had conducted much training for different organizations and associations on different topics, including communications and branding. Please see the links below for additional information.
•Training the field staff on preparations of reports, success stories, and other Audiovisual trials: I am a great facilitator and I enjoy training staff on communications. I have training materials prepared on communications basics, story writing, photography, and donor visibility compliance.
•Production of audiovisual materials that can be used for the purposes of Marketing: I produce posters, videos, and other audiovisual materials. I have graphics design and video editing skills.
Representation
I have good public speaking and communication skill. I can represent the organization during public events, meetings, and media conferences.
Public Relations
•Managing and updating the website and social media: I create content on social media pages, websites, and blogs.
•Follow up on trending issues on social and mainstream media and update higher managers: I write media monitoring reports highlighting trending issues, and key events going on. I follow the political, economic, and social aspects of the country/ region and brief executives as needed.
Digital Asset Creation and Management
- Preparation of program/project success stories, pictures, and videos of activities: I have great photography skills, story writing, and video production skill.
